You should already know:

• Why we need binary

• The difference between Base 2 and Base 10

• Converting binary to denary and vice versa

• Binary addition and subtraction skills

At level 3 we will look at:

• Base 16 - hexadecimal systems

• Converting hexadecimal into denary and binary systems and vice versa

You will need:

• Pen and paper for the challenges

• Try not to use a calculator!
